Ash Handling Plant |

Our ash handling system, contemplates a plurality of hoppers disposed beneath a solid fuel-fired steam boiler. Each ash handling system, hopper includes angled walls converging at a generally rectangular opening controlled by a grate door. Air inlets are provided at intersections between adjacent angled walls to facilitate combustion of unburned fuel in the storage hopper, and facilitate flow of ash through the hopper opening. Ash flowing through the hopper opening enters a crusher and is then conveyed via a vacuum line to a point of disposal including a mobile tank truck that receives heavier ash particles and allows bypassing of lighter particles to a silo.

Bin Activator |
|
|
We manufacture and provide optimum quality bin activator. Bin activator comprises of conical shape discharge zone which is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed by one special flexible sleeve made of rubber. The unbalance vibrator motor, which is fixed on one side, helps in smooth material flowing through the opening provided at discharge point.
Bin vibrators, air jets, manual pocking or hammering are also employed for smooth flowing of material which due to inherent non flowing properties sticks in the activators. However, this leads to erratic discharge of material with noisy operation. Our bin activators are excellent in solving material flow problem caused by wedging, compacting or rat holding of material in taper zone at discharge end of the hopper. |

Multi Effect Evaporation Plant and Systems |
|
|
Multi-Effect Evaporation is an important procedure adopted to economize the consumption of energy.
Multi Effect Evaporators are the instruments in which steam from an outside source is condensed in the heating element of first effect. The boiling temperature at which the first effect operates is high enough so that the evaporated water can serve as the heating medium for second effect. The vapors so formed are then sent to a condenser if it is a double effect evaporator.
The feed for the multi-effect type evaporator is generally transferred from one effect to another. This leads to the ultimate product concentration to reach only in the one effect of evaporator.

There are two feed operations - backward feed and forward feed operations. A brief explanation of these operations: |

In the backward operation, the raw feed enters the last (coldest) effect and the discharge from this effect becomes a feed for the next to last effect. This technique of evaporations is advantageous, in case the feed is cold, as much less liquid must be heated to the higher temperature existing in the early effects. The procedure is also used if the product is viscous and high temperatures are required to keep the viscosity low enough to produce good heat transfer coefficients. |

In the case of a forward feet operation, the raw feed is introduced in the first effect and is passed from effect to effect parallel to steam flow. The product is withdrawn from the last effect. This procedure is highly advantageous if the feed is hot. The method is also used if the concentrated product may be damaged or may deposit scale at high temperature. |

We offer belt conveyor pulleys, which are engineered as per the application and performance required. Our pulleys are fabricated to various sizes with either bare face, crown face & rubber lagged with herringbone grooves. We use special vulcanizing process, which ensure its smooth surface and full surface bond. The shell is made of single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced.
